Essay Group Inks Lease at Alfred Sanzari Enterprises’ Heights Plaza

Hasbrouck Heights, NJ |

Essay Group  – a leader in natural products for entertainment, recreation and outdoor living – has leased 3,400 square feet of space at Heights Plaza, located at 777 Terrace Ave. in Hasbrouck Heights. The 200,000-square-foot Class A office building is owned and managed by Alfred Sanzari Enterprises of Hackensack.

The transaction was negotiated in-house by Stephen C. Jennings, vice-president of leasing and marketing for Alfred Sanzari Enterprises. Joe Tormen of Lee & Associates represented the tenant.

Essay Group is relocating to Heights Plaza from Lyndhurst in order to accommodate its recent and anticipated growth. The company offers high-quality products, both innovative and natural, for the fireplace and the patio. Along with firewood and kindling, Essay Group regularly introduces new products such as the Light N’ Go Yule Log and the Light N’ Go Bonfire Log.

“We are pleased to have been able to meet the space requirements of Essay Group, and welcome this successful company to Heights Plaza’s growing tenant roster,” said Jennings. “Tenants are attracted to Heights Plaza due to its proximity to both New York City and major thoroughfares. This accessibility, coupled with the quality of the space, makes Heights Plaza an excellent choice for firms seeking a professional office address in central Bergen County.”

Heights Plaza is situated at the intersection of I-80 and Route 17 in close proximity to Route 46, the New Jersey Turnpike, Garden State Parkway and George Washington Bridge. Amenities at the six-story building include abundant covered parking, on-site property management, a cafeteria, concierge and security services, and Manhattan skyline views. It is located directly across from the Hilton Hasbrouck Heights hotel and just two miles from Teterboro Airport.

Space availabilities at Heights Plaza range from 2,500 square feet to 25,000 square feet.
