The lease signing follows a series of recently completed upgrades to 50 Maple Street including the redesign of the façade and main entry into the building; new exterior landscaping; and new interior lighting. All new tenants will be provided with new interior improvements designed to their specifications, including new code compliant restrooms.

Ceiling heights range from 16 to 18 feet, and abundant on-site parking is available. The buildings are functional for a variety of business purposes including light industrial, warehousing, high-tech or R&D tenants.

“The Norwood industrial portfolio offers a number of important advantages for companies seeking strategically located, state-of-the-art manufacturing and distribution space,” said Jennings. “We are excited to have a dynamic company like HIOSSEN Implant join our tenant roster and look forward to serving their current and future requirements in this prime Bergen County location.”

One 29,000-square-foot space availability remains at 10 Maple Street. Additional leasing opportunities within the Norwood industrial portfolio range from 15,000 to 52,000 square feet.
