Specialists Marketing Services has renewed its commitment to Heights Plaza, located at 777 Terrace Ave. in Hasbrouck Heights, N.J. A tenant since 2008, the multi-channel marketing company extended its lease and will occupy 10,800 square feet at the Class A office building, owned and managed by Alfred Sanzari Enterprises. The transaction was negotiated in-house by Stephen C. Jennings, vice-president of leasing and marketing. Matthew Seltzer of Coldwell Banker Commercial Advisors represented the tenant.
