Alfred Sanzari Enterprises announces the appointment of John Melville to the role of General Manager of Glenpointe, one of New Jersey’s premier office destinations. Melville will oversee day-to-day management of Alfred Sanzari Enterprises’ flagship asset, a 50-acre all-in-one office and hospitality destination, comprised of over 650,000 square feet of premier Class A office space as well as three hotels, a 26,000-square-foot spa and fitness center, an on-site restaurant, a wine bar and a host of other amenities and services.
Joining Alfred Sanzari Enterprises’ executive leadership team, Melville will be tasked with managing day-to-day operations for the iconic campus, including overseeing maintenance, improvements, parking and tenant service. Melville will also work closely with Alfred Sanzari Enterprises’ leadership team in the execution of another multi-million-dollar capital improvement plan currently underway at the property, which will further activate common areas and continue to enhance the tenant experience. Capital improvements include furniture and design upgrades to common areas, the addition of a large outdoor courtyard, upgrades to the Glenpointe Spa & Fitness Center, new flooring for tenant outdoor terraces, and replacement of lighting throughout the campus.

Melville brings a diverse background and proven track record as a real estate asset manager to the role of Glenpointe General Manager. Prior to joining Alfred Sanzari Enterprises, Melville served as Property Manager for Newmark Knight Frank leading daily operations of two suburban, institutional quality, Class A office buildings and oversaw the complete delivery and lease-up of a $1.8 billion midtown Manhattan mixed-use development including a new Marriott Edition Hotel. Previously, Melville served as Director of Tenant Management for Greystone Management Solutions, overseeing all areas of the Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) Real Estate Department’s portfolio of approximately 4,000 leased spaces including small, mid-sized and large retail, restaurant and commercial tenants. Prior to that role, Melville served as Director of Construction Management for the MTA.

Recently, Alfred Sanzari Enterprises continues to make a number of strategic investments at the property including the addition of a dedicated leasing and management office and a build-out for The Pointe, a shared amenities and tenant engagement hub operated by Better Spaces. Remaining investments are slated to be completed in Q3 2019.
