Alfred Sanzari Enterprises Collaborates with Better Spaces to Launch Office-Based Flexible Tenant Engagement Service for First Time in New Jersey
Partnership will promote employees’ personal and professional wellness through full suite of experiential amenities and programming at Glenpointe in Teaneck
Alfred Sanzari Enterprises announces a partnership with Better Spaces, a flexible, solutions-focused amenity and tenant engagement service, at Glenpointe owned by Alfred Sanzari Enterprises, one of New Jersey’s premier office destinations. The partnership is designed to enhance the employee experience and promote work-life balance through an experience-based agile amenities platform that is one of the first of its kind in New Jersey.
The Better Spaces service launched on April 29th at Glenpointe, a 50-acre campus comprising over 650,000 square feet of premier Class A office space. Better Spaces is slated to initially occupy 1,500 square feet of office space in Glenpointe’s main corridor. The central location will allow Better Spaces’ Glenpointe hub, The Pointe, to offer easy access to all tenants at Alfred Sanzari Enterprise’s flagship property. Programming for the community lounge will change regularly to offer fresh amenities that are driven by tenant engagement and interests such as ping pong, yoga, and chair massage. The Pointe will also include private meeting spaces and a kitchenette with infused water available at all times. Beyond The Pointe, Better Spaces will have a robust presence at Glenpointe throughout the complex’s ample common area space, offering a full schedule of programming to enhance personal and professional wellness and establish a stronger sense of community for tenants.

The Pointe officially launched today with a robust schedule of programming for the week, including body-focused activities such as yoga and meditation, a ping pong tournament and a chair massage station. A “Wellness Bar” is also now open to all employees, offering cold-pressed juices and healthy breakfast snacks. The Pointe also features a full-time community manager who works with tenants to learn more about their interests in order to ensure there is robust programming and strong community engagement.
