|

Alfred Sanzari Enterprises is pleased to announce that it has retained FirstService Residential – North America’s leading property management firm – to provide comprehensive leasing, maintenance and property management services for its residential property portfolio, which encompasses 535 luxury high-rise and garden-style units throughout Bergen and Middlesex counties.

The appointment marks the first time Alfred Sanzari Enterprises is partnering with third-party management services for its multifamily portfolio, which is nearing 100 percent occupancy, according to Chief Operating Officer Ryan Sanzari.

“We are committed to optimizing the performance of our residential communities and creating the best possible living environment,” said Sanzari. “As our company continues to expand, utilizing resources of a third-party firm with expertise in all facets of day-to-day property operations will allow us to uphold and enhance the quality of our apartment portfolio. This will ensure a premium experience for current and future residents.”

FirstService Residential not only brings a high-level of expertise to this important assignment, but also a keen understanding of the product and market, as well as a depth of personnel and resources, noted Sanzari. The FirstService Residential team heading this assignment includes Danielle Calcagno, director of rental management and Adam Holand, general manager.

“We are proud to partner with Alfred Sanzari Enterprises as we expand our rental business in New Jersey,” said Michael Mendillo, president of FirstService Residential. “Our companies share a commitment to deliver exceptional service to the residents we serve. We are looking forward to picking up where Sanzari left off in adding value to the property operations and making a difference in these communities.”

Alfred Sanzari Enterprises will continue to maintain oversight of its multifamily portfolio, which includes The Ivanhoe in Hackensack, one of the first luxury apartment buildings built in the City’s “Hill” section in the 1970s; Greenway Village in Metuchen, a 49-unit complex in proximity to local amenities and public transportation; and Nottingham Manor, a family-friendly garden apartment community in Montvale. Rounding out the company’s rental properties are Willow Gardens in Teaneck, Queen Anne and Prospect/Passaic in Hackensack, and Riverside Terrace in Bogota.
