Weekend Open Houses Announced at The Ivanhoe and Nottingham Manor
A series of weekend open houses will take place through October at two of Alfred Sanzari Enterprises’ signature Bergen County apartment communities, The Ivanhoe in Hackensack and Nottingham Manor in Montvale. The open house events are scheduled at Nottingham Manor from noon to 6 p.m. on Saturdays beginning Aug. 29 and continuing on Sept. 12 and 26, and Oct. 10 and 24. At The Ivanhoe, open houses will be held from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sundays starting Aug. 30 and again on Sept. 13 and 27, and Oct. 11 and 25.
During the open house events prospective tenants will have the opportunity to learn more about available leasing opportunities, and tour both properties’ grounds and rental units. At The Ivanhoe, visitors also can get a closer look at the building’s extensive on-site amenities and first-floor medical/office space available for rent.
The Ivanhoe, located at 130 Overlook Ave., offers spacious studio, junior one-bedroom, one- and two-bedroom apartments ranging from 450 to 1,230 square feet and appointed with every modern luxury.
